Payment Terms

We accept American Express, VISA, Master Card credit cards and procurement cards (Pro cards). Credit cards are charged at time of order acceptance for cash-in-advance payment terms and special orders. Otherwise credit cards are not charged until the order is ready for shipment. Billing is available subject to credit review and approval. Invoices are sent at the time of order shipment. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and considered late after 30 days. Any account over 30 days past due is subject to 1.5% per month (18% APR) on the unpaid balance where allowable by law, as well as attorneys fees, court costs, and other costs of collections. Past due accounts are placed on shipping hold until past due balances have been paid in full. All payments must be made in US funds.

Prices

Prices do not include any freight, taxes, duties or other surcharges unless otherwise specifically indicated. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping

F.O.B. is point of shipment. Orders are shipped complete via best way parcel service or motor freight unless otherwise specified. Freight charges include all applicable shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specifically indicated. Shipment dates are based on the Seller's best estimate only.

Sales Tax

The customer is responsible for sales tax. Seller (TDL MRO, Inc.,) will charge Sales Tax for the item being purchased. Sales tax will be added to all orders, unless we have an exemption certificate on file.

Warranty

Goods are warranted only to the extent of the express written warranty of the manufacturer. Seller warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of shipment. Seller's liability under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement at Seller's option of such defective products. In no event will Seller be liable for damages of any kind, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. All other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby excluded. Claims are deemed waived unless made in writing and received by Seller within 10 days after delivery of goods.

Returns

All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and shipping instructions. Orders must be shipped prepaid by the shipper. We cannot accept COD or collect freight shipments.

However, it is the customer's responsibility to determine the safety and suitability of the product in their application. General

Our terms and conditions apply to all orders. Any deviation from these terms require prior written acceptance. By placing an order with us you automatically accept our terms. If your purchase order lists terms that are different from those listed above, we will process the order, but we do not accept the terms. TDL MRO, Inc. reserves the right to cancel orders arising from pricing or other errors.
